Youtube Spotlight : Not Just Bikes

Funny how this guy's videos make a point of how america became a car dependent hellscape right around the time Boomers came of age to start driving with any regularity (with the favoring of cars enshrined in legislation and construction being normalized in the decade or so be for then.) Those same boomers go on and on at how amazing it was when they were wee and could walk or bike to places in complete safety.

I am legally blind. This means, roughly, that while I do have some vision, from a legal standpoint it is not enough to allow for a wide variety of activities. These activities include, amongst other things, Driving.

Between poor vision and the facts one eye is drasticly worse than the other along with my better eye's retina having an angle? I have never been able to drive. So these mythic neighborhoods where you can walk or bike and have easily accessable destinations without being utterly terrified of being seen as something to hit for twenty points in the next Death Race?

Yes please.
