Site updating and Expansion

I'm at an awquard point where my site is mostly together and humming along, yet I keep noticing little things. Case in point being I added footer links to a majority of my pages for the sake of navigation. Then there's the fact the warframe subsection doesn't have anything in it (yet) and I need to fix that, several of my gemlog posts were actually blank, and at least one of the stories in /fiction needs to be activly worked on.

Nothing major, but at the same time 'I need to do the thing.'

Biggest thing I'm wondering about is how to help people navigating my site know when something's updated at a glance.
