Retinal Recovery: Week Whatever

Not a whole lot new here. I've got right at two weeks til my next doctor's visit, the bubble is already shrunk from a rough apparent size of a chicken egg, to the size of a marble that has the odd bubble popping out of it now and again. My recovery til now has been listed as 'remarkable.' There seems to be no real surprises, and I'm right now just waiting on the bubble to go away, and then wait for when I can be fitted for glasses.

This is literally the longest time since I was two years old that I have gone without 'proper' glasses. I have reading glasses, but I am not sure if those count or not. It just plain feels wierd. Probably going to feel even wierder when I go get bifocals mid september.
