Reorganization and Upkeep

Thanks to a kind email I learned that my entire fiction section was rather nonfucntional. This was because I had assumed I could link to directories of GMI files and they would be listed, no index needed. Then I learned I sorta had to provide absolute pathing from the root directory. I suppose these are best practices anyway, but I had somewhat hoped I could get by with a minimal of effort. Oopsie.

Additionally I'd moved my gemlog posts from the gemlog directory to subdirectories according to year. This is a sortof future proofing against the idea maybe this thing keeps going.
